Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favourite products to your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed, we'll begin preparing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders where applicable.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery estimated between 8–15 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the eligible return period.
When will I receive my refund?
