Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.
